Hours of Operation & Contact

Bare Waterless Nail Spa operates Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. All inquiries and messages are answered during business hours only, and we aim to respond as promptly as possible within that window.

Messages sent outside of business hours will be returned the next business day. This allows us to provide focused, uninterrupted attention to our clients during appointments and ensures timely, professional responses.

For the fastest service and to secure your preferred time, we recommend booking directly through our website. Phone calls and texts outside of business hours may not receive an immediate response.

Appointment Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. We do not accept walk-ins.
  • Please review service descriptions carefully before selecting a service. Each description is written intentionally to help you choose correctly.
  • If you are unsure which service to book, you are responsible for reaching out before booking for clarification.
  • Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment without refund.

Service Descriptions & Add-Ons

  • Service descriptions outline what is included, what is not included, and who the service is best suited for.
  • Add-ons are not optional substitutions. If a service requires an add-on (e.g., removals, advanced care), it must be booked accordingly.
  • Failure to book required add-ons may result in rescheduling or cancellation at the time of your appointment.

Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is clearly listed on the website and booking platform.
  • Prices are non-negotiable.
  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept eligible HSA/FSA payments where applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm eligibility with their provider.

Policies (Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows)

  • Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are clearly stated during booking and in confirmation messages.
  • Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact our ability to serve other clients and operate efficiently.
  • Repeated policy violations may result in restricted or revoked booking access.

Communication Standards

  • We are happy to answer questions that are not already addressed on the website.
  • Questions that are answered within service descriptions, policies, or FAQs may be redirected back to those sections.
  • Communication should remain respectful and professional at all times.
